LTRM_UOM_CONVERT - Converts distance, velocity and time units of measure

Functionality

This function converts distance, velocity and time units of measure. The default conversions are:

• Distance - From LLOCT-DSUOM to meters ( 'M' ).

• Velocity - From LLOCT-VLUOM to meters per second ( 'M/S' ).

• Time/Duration - From seconds ( 'S' ) to LLOCT-TMUOM.
