Functionality

This function, invoked from the monitor, allows you to call the scheduler, either from a site or from a specific object (transfer order or request). When you invoke it from a site, the scheduler runs on Global mode (looks at all open requests). When you invoke it from an object, the scheduler runs on direct mode (releases the specific request).
