LTRQ_REQST_ADMIN - Administer request

Functionality

This function is called by the TRM interface when a request is to be processed according to the specified method.

If the request is a newly created one, the host information is inserted into the Request Management tables and log tables.

In case of update or cancel, the existing request is updated or deleted from the active tables.

If necessary (for example after request creation), the request scheduler is called to process the request data.
