LTRS_CONNECT_DEFAULTS_GET - Get the default connection data for resource elements

Functionality

This function retrieves the following default data (if it is defined) for the resource elements when they connect to the system:

• TRM site

• Presentation device for the user

• Fixed resource element type

• Resource type for the specific device

• Deactivated resources, for which the worker was assigned

In addition, this function checks if the respective resource element is already assigned to a resource.
