LTRS_RESOURCE_DETAILS_GET - Retrieve qualifications of a resource

Functionality

This function retrieves the qualifications of a resource. It selects

1. the resource details from the table LRSRC (resource).
2. the handling unit types that can be carried by the resource from the table LOBHU (handling unit type assignment for objects) by calling the function LTRS_LOBHU_READ.
3. the working areas in which the resource is able to work from the table LOBWA (working area assignments for objects) by calling the function LTRS_LOBWA_READ.
