LTRS_RESOURCE_REG - Register a resource

Functionality

This function calls other functions to perform the following actions:

• Check the resource elements, the resource element types (roles), and the resource type;

• Check if the number of resource element types satisfies the number specified in the resource type components;

• Get the resource's identification number and register the resource;

• Update the following tables: resource, resource execution qualifications (for example, working areas), resource status, resource structure; one record will be added for each new resource element;

• Update each resource element. And for workers update the respective resource element type (role).

If all the checks are completed and no problems are detected, the function registers the resource.

Most of the checks are performed by the function LTRT_RESOURCE_REG_CHK.

The other functions involved are: LTRS_ELEMENT_TYPES_QTY, LTRS_RESOURCE_QUALIF_PREPARE, LTRS_RESOURCE_QUALIF_BUILD, LTRS_RESOURCE_STS_LOG_INS, LTRS_RESOURCE_LOG_INS.
