LTRS_RESOURCE_STATUS - Deactivate a resource

Functionality

This function module changes the status of a resource to 'deactivated' and releases the resource. If the tasks assigned to this resource are not yet confirmed and not in process, their status will change to 'available.' The tasks will be available in the task pool and can be processed by a different resource.
