LTRT_MANDATORY_CALC - Checks if mandatory route between two zones exists

Functionality
This function checks if a mandatory route between two zones exists. It searches for the closest zone through which a resource must pass on its way from the source to the destination node / bin. This will be the new zone destination.
It also checks if the mandatory route should be a direct route from the source to the destination zone (without intermediate steps on the way).

Notes
If a mandatory route was not found, a new destination is not determined. The output parameter will be the original destination.
