LTRT_NODES_CHECK - Check for duplicate nodes and the definition of the obstacle shape

Functionality
The function checks that
- there are no duplicate nodes;
- the walls are defined correctly. The first node defines the left edge of the obstacle and the second node the right edge.
- the rectangles are defined correctly. The four border nodes are defined as follows: from the lower left corner to the lower right corner, then to the upper right corner, and finally to the upper left corner of the rectangle.
