LTRT_ROUTE_CLUSTERING - Get intra- and inter-routing options

Functionality

This function gets the basic routes from the function LTRT_ROUTE_GET and combines all routes segments to feasible routes from the source to the destination point.

The function adds all possible nodes that are on the way, for example, all the free pick-up and drop-off points (P&Ds), the dedicated P&Ds, and the entry/exit nodes.

IT_ROUTE saves the information.
