LTRT_SAME_LINE - Check if nodes between adjacent nodes exist

Functionality

This function assists in creating the site map for routing purposes. It checks if nodes exist between two adjacent nodes. If such nodes are discovered, the two adjacent nodes are not considered to be neighbors anymore. They will be deleted from the table.

Notes,,

The internal table IT_NEIGHBOR_NODES will be returned after the nodes that are not neighbors anymore, were deleted.
