LTSK_TASK_CREATE - Create tasks

Functionality
This function module creates tasks according to requests items that are provided by Request Management.
In general, the function creates one task. In case of a bundle group reference (LOBGR-GRPRF) several tasks will be created at the same time.
The task could be either an operation or a movement.
- If an operation is required to fulfill a request item, Task Management addresses Bin Management for optional work centers. Route Management is asked to provide Task Management with optional routes to the different work centers. Task Management chooses the best option, which is the work center that has the highest priority.
- If the task item requires a movement, the destination can be a work center or a destination determined in the request item. Task Management addresses Route Management to retrieve route options to the determined destination. Then Task Management addresses Resource Management to get the resource type priority for each route option. Bin Management prioritizes the optional node destinations recommended by Route Management. Task Management calculates the total priority for each option considering the route, resource, and bin. It selects the optimal destination accordingly. The task is created by placing one unique record into the table LTKPL for each task that has been created and an entry into the table LTKRT for each resource type that is qualified to perform the task.
