Functionality

This function is used internally to update the dictionary tables. The records to be changed are locked, modified, and unlocked.

I_SERVICE

The operation that should be performed on the records: Modify / Delete

I_SERVICE_CALLER

The service that called the function: Task Selection / Confirmation / Purging / Cancel
