LTSK_TASK_LIFE_CYCLE - Update the task life cycle

Functionality

This function is called after a task was created, selected, or confirmed. It updates the task status in the task pool. It also updates the resource's current position after confirming a task using the function LTSK_TASK_PUBLISH.
