LTSK_TASK_PURGE - Delete tasks from the Task and Task by Resource Type tables

Functionality

This function deletes requested records from the task pool (table LTKPL) and the task pool by resource type (table LTKRT). The deletion is done by calling sub-routine TASK_LOCK_UPDATE. This function, called by the Request management, is the Transfer order deletion process.
