LTSK_TASK_RECOVERY - Task recovery by resource ID after disconnection

Functionality

This functions allows the recovery of tasks that were processed by a specific resource when it was disconnected. The selection is done according to the statuses 'ACCEPTED' and 'STARTED' and the resource ID.
