LTSK_TASK_SKIP_LIST_MAINTAIN - Maintain skipped tasks list

Functionality

This function updates the relevant records in the case of a task skip.

• In the case of desirous and permanent desirous skip, this function maintains the entries in the buffered list GT_SKIPPED_TASK.

• In the case of force skip, this function changes the task status to Hold.
