L_LTAK_GET_OPEN - Read open TO headers for TO numbers

Functionality

Read access to TO headers with fully qualified key (warehouse number, TO-number). The TO number is transferred for single access in field IV_TANUM, and for mass access in table IT_TANUM. The information is issued in rows or tables accordingly.
