L_LTAP_GET_MATERIAL - Read open / confirmed TO items for material

Functionality

Read access to TO items for a material entered in IV_MATNR. By default, the system only reads the unconfirmed items. If, however, IV_PQUIT = 'X' is set, the system only reads the confirmed items.
