L_REF_DESELECT_DOC - Remove reference documents that have already been assigned to ref.numbers

Functionality
Reference documents already assigned in reference numbers are determined. The deliveries or transfer requirements determined in a prestep are passed on to the function module via a table. Those documents that are already assigned to another reference number are filtered out of the table.
