MAA_EXTRACTOR - Extractor PO History MAA

Functionality

This function module extracts multiple account assignment (MAA) information based on purchase order (PO) history. It extracts amounts used at account assignment level both for materials and services. It extracts both goods-receipt postings and service-entry-sheet postings.

Example

Service PO 4510029089 item 10 has 2 service lines.

Service line 1quantity 10 (net value = 100)

The net value distribution is:

• Cost center 1000 = 40% (net value = 40)

• Cost center 1002 = 60% (net value = 60)

A service entry sheet is created for this PO and a goods receipt posting is made for quantity 5 (net value = 50)

Now the net value distribution is:

• Cost center 1000 = 20% (net value = 20)

• Cost center 1002 = 30% (net value = 30)

This function module returns net values at account assignment level (MAA data)

• Cost center 1000 - net value = 20

• Cost center 1002 - net value = 30

The same applies for the material line.
