MATERIAL_VALIDITY_UPDATE - Change of validity period of material

Functionality

In this function module, the validity periods of a material are changed.

• Maximum validity of a material (MARA)

• Validity period end: Store listing period (MAW1)

• Validity period end: DC listing period (MAW1)

• Validity period end: Store sales period (MAW1)

• Validity period end: DC sales period (MAW1)

• Validity period end: Store listing period (MVKE)

• Validity period end: DC listing period (MVKE)

• Validity period end: Store sales period (MVKE)

• Validity period end: DC sales period (MVKE)

An error occurs if the start of the validity period is later than the new final date for the validity period. The return code (RET-Code) contains information on where the error occurred:
The RET-code can have the following values:

• 1:,,global validity of a material (MARA)

• 2:,,Store listing period (MAW1)

• 3:,,DC listing period (MAW1)

• 4:,,Store listing period (MAW1)

• 5:,,DC sales period (MAW1)

• 6:,,Store listing period (MVKE)

• 7:,,DC listing period (MVKE)

• 8:,,Store listing period (MVKE)

• 9:,,DC sales period (MVKE)
