MERCHANDISE_GROUP_SELECT_ALL - Read MG access to T023 single or '*'. All fields output.

Function description: The function module is designed to read base material groups from table T023.

Function description of input paramters:

-> MATKL
If blank, all material groups are selected from T023.
If a material group is entered, the system checks whether it
exists. If it does not, exception: NO_BASIS_MG,
no table output.

-> SPRAS
Language in which the material group description is given.
-> WG_BEZ
If the flag is selected ('X'), the description of the material
groups is also output.

Output table O_WWG01.

Number of the material group default material

Exceptions:

-> NO_BASIS_WG
Only one material group (field MATKL) is transferred that is not
a base material group (no table entry in T023).
