Functionality

Creates the LIS structure of index updating for subsequent settlement in Purchasing, for communication structure TKOMK (header data of purchasing document) and the related item data TKOMP. The LIS structure is only ever created if the vendor has the indicator "Subsequent settlement index" at purchasing organization level in the vendor master, i.e. the "Subsequent settlement" indicator is maintained in the vendor master. In addition, index updating is only carried out for the new items in a purchase order.
