MRM_AMOUNT_QUANTITY_PROPOSE - Propose amount and quantity of an invoice item

Quantity and Amount are proposed according the following logic::

Subsequent debit or subsequent credit: The quantity is unchanged and the proposed amount is 0.

For invoices the open invoice quantity ( delivered, but not invoiced quantity ) and the amount calculated using the order price is porposed.

For credit memos the calculated quantity and amount is porposed
