You can use this method to display all the detailed information for a business partner such as customer, vendor or any other partner used in plant maintenance transactions.

Notes

Errors are transferred in the RETURN table.

Technical note

To fetch the details of a partner, the paramter PARTNER_KEY is mandatory.

,,Customer Enhancements

The BAPI wrapper customer enhancement concept allows customers to use additional data that was not planned for the interface. The ExtensionIn parameter acts as a data container where the additional values are transferred during import.

In addition to the extension parameters at the interface, there are BAdIs (Business Add-Ins) provided in the method. These BAdIs can be used by the customer to write their own custom logic and perform additional processing activities.
