Functionality
This function module should be called before function module NOTICE_CLOSE is called. It is used to query whether there are any changed notes that still have to be saved.

Notes
If the function module is used incorrectly in the program, error messages (MESSAGE A....) with automatic ROLLBACK WORK are issued. These messages cannot be queried via an EXCEPTION, as they are real programming errors.
