NOTICE_STATUS - INTERNAL: STATUS module for note object

Functionality

This function module examines the status of the note data transferred to the function module.

1. It checks whether the transferred data is valid note data or not. If the data is not valid, a notes OPEN has to be carried out first.
2. It checks whether the data is active and whether a change has taken place since the last version was called up (see ACTION module).
3. It reveals the status of the dialog options at the OPEN point in time.
