Functionality

This function module reads the fields that are relevant for master data from the (V_OBEW_MD) table view. Note that in this case the function module reads only a single row for the specified key.

Applications that need to get only master data from the OBEW table can use this function module.

By using this function module to read master data, you can optimize the performance of the DE-EN-LANG-SWITCH-NO-TRANSLATION (OBEW_ SINGLE_READ) function modules which earlier had to read master data from the OBEW table that contains both, master data and transactional data.

IMPORT PARAMETERS

• KZRFB - Indicates whether the buffer needs to be refreshed.

• MAXTZ - Determines the maximum number of entries that are allowed in a buffer.

• MATNR - Indicates the material number.

• BWKEY - Indicates the valuation area.

• BWTAR - Indicates the valuation type.

• SOBKZ - Indicates the special stock type.

• LIFNR - Indicates the account number of the vendor or creditor

EXPORT PARAMETERS

• WOBEW_MD - Returns the master data for valuated stock with subcontractor.
