OIB_MM_GET_QNT_FROM_MSEGO2_DB - Retrieve quantity from MSEGO2 table

This function module retrieves a single quantity in a specified UoM from the material document appendix table MSEGO2. The quantity on this table has previously been calculated using the IS-Oil quantity conversion functionality in function pool SAPLOIB_QCI.
