Functionality

* This function module uses VCF formulas based on those given
* in ASTM/API/GPA Standard

* TECHNICAL PUBLICATION TP-25
* TEMPERATURE CORRECTION FOR THE VOLUME OF LIGHT HYDROCARBONS
* TABLES 24E AND 23E

* Each customer copying this module is required to verify the constants
* and implementation of this standard. In order to do so best, you
* will have to obtain a copy of the above mentioned standard. SAP has
* built this function module as an example for customers so that any
* customer can develop its own module for quantity conversions for LPG,
* by using this module as an example.
*
* Together with the delivered conversion group(s), a straightforward
* solution path is delivered.
* The conversion routines used within this function module for LPG
* conversions are provided "as is" and SAP does not warrant that
* results derived from their usage will be error-free. Any results
* derived from the usage of these conversion routines for LPG need to be
* checked by you using a valid printed version of ASTM/API/GPA Standard
