Functionality

This function module is the central module for parameter conversion calculations for crude oil, petroleum products, natural gas and related products. This function converts a given density and heating value at conversion group conditions to an alternative set of conditions as defined in the target unit of measure of the density and heating value. If the target unit of measure for the density or the heating value has no parameters specified, it is possible to pass individual new base parameters to this function module which will then be used as new basis for the target units. If none of the new base parameters are specified, the function module will just perform a unit_conversion_simple for the density and heating value.
