OII_GET_DELIVERY_LOC_DATA_TPI - Get all TPI relevant data for sales location (OIL-BDRP)

Functionality

Returns all Oil & Gas Transport Planning Interface (OIL-TPI) relevant data for a given location identifier. The function uses the given customer delivery ('ship-to') location for the lookup, but if this is not available it will try to derive the 'ship-to' location from the given business location (OIL-MRN/SSR). If neither of these location identifiers are available, the function will fail.
