OIJ_EXTDETS_CUSTOMER_EXIT - OIL-TSW: User exit for ext. details processing of non-TSW relevant fields

Functionality
User exit to allow customer to include logic that should be used to
display a list of valid values for the selected field. This user exit
can be used for the following fields on the external details screen:
OIC_PIPE-OIC_PORGIN, OIC_PIPE-OIC_PDESTN and OIC_PIPE-OIC_BASELO.
Example
Notes
Verify that the correct validation logic is in place to safeguard
against entries keyed in by the user. User exit 002 in PAI module could be used if necessary.
