OIJ_LT_ALLOWED_H - Calculate allowed laytime

Functionality

Calculate laytime allowed by a freight contract to execute a single schedule line item or a set of schedule line items pegged to be executed together. The pegtype in this case is LH ,that is, one or more items have been pegged for laytime calculation and should use the freight contract associated with the schedule(nomination, simulated schedule) header.
