OIJ_LT_POTENTIAL_H - Potential Laytime as per header frt contract

Functionality

To calculate laytime based on freight contract assigned to a schedule(nomination, distribution schedule) header .

The input should include the schedule header details, a freight contract reference with laytime terms and schedule items . The items may or may not be pegged with pegtype LH.

Use the ldrate field in nomination item to for loading or discharging rate as the case may be.

If this is not specified , use the freight contract rate .

Multiply the item qty by this rate to get the time it would take to load/discharge this item .

Add this time to export parameter which is equal to total laytime for the entire schedule to be executed

If this item belongs to a peg(pegtype = LH) , then add item laytime to the corr. pegid laytime
