OIUHS_CONVERT_SAP_FLAG - Converts SAP 'X' (Y) and ' ' (N) to RF 'Y' and 'N'

Functionality

This function converts a Production and Revenue Accounting (PRA) flag with a value that is either X (for Yes) or spaces (for No) to either Y or N, respectively.

Example
