OIUOW_ORB_REQUEST_PROCESSING - OIUOW: ORP 4.2.7 Owner request processing

Functionality

Enqueue the owner request document - function 'ENQUEUE_E_OIUOW_DTCH'

Read owner request document header data:

function 'OIUOW_ORP_READ_OIUOW_DTCH'

If not a supported document type, raise unsupported_document_type.

Read owner request document data:

function 'OIUOW_ORP_BUFFR_OIUOW_POW'

function 'OIUOW_ORP_READ_OIUOW_DTD'

function 'OIUOW_ORP_READ_OIUOW_DTCS'

If owner request document funds flag = true, fill and store RD DOI transfer change header (OIUOW_RTCH)

Determine whether this is a 100% transfer (relative basis)

If owner request document request_type = owner_funds_transfer

process owner_funds_transfer function 'OIUOW_ORP_TRANSFER_FUNDS_ONLY'

otherwise

process other document types with function 'OIUOW_ORP_TRANSFER_FUNDS_PLUS'.

Unless processing failed, delete pending entries from OIUOW_POW for new owners (transferees).

Update owner request document header.

Export report data.

Write and commit updates to database.
