Functionality
This function module will load one lease record for venture/DOI into table OIUREP_LEASE.
Please note: this function module is used to load leases with single ownership ONLY. Leases with owners which appear on multiple leases for the same venture/DOI should use another function module to load. Using this function module in the incorrect situation may lead to incorrect master data and is NOT the responsibility of SAP to correct.
Notes
Table OIUREP_LEASE is locked at a record level. Multiple loading programs can execute at the same time to speed up initial data load. Entries WILL BE committed to the database for each record, thus a call to BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT is NOT needed.
A check to export parameter RETURN_CODE should indicate whether the load was good for that particular record. RETURN_CODE = 0 indicates success whereas any other value denotes failure. Any messages can be found in the RETURN export structure.
Prerequisite
Field COMPANY_CODE MUST be a valid company in the system.
Field VENTURE MUST be a valid E&P venture for the specified company code in the system.
Field DOI MUST be a valid E&P division of interest for the specified company code / venture in the system.
Field INPUT-LEASE_NO MUST be a valid lease in table OIUREP_FEDINDIAN in the system.
Field INPUT-FED_INDIAN_CD can ONLY be 'F' or 'I'. Entries flagged as 'B' in OIUREP_FEDINDIAN MUST resolve to 'F' or 'I' during this load.
Field INPUT-INDIAN_TRIBE_NO MUST be a valid tribe number in table OIUREP_INDIAN_TR in the system for Indian leases.
