OIUREP_MMS_2014_LOAD_WCLEASE_O - MMS-2014 - Load OIUREP_LEASE for Well Completions w/ Multiple Owners

Functionality

This function module will load one lease record for well/well completion into table OIUREP_LEASE along with owner records into table OIUREP_OWNER.

Please note: this function module is used to load leases with owners which appear on multiple leases for the same well/well completion ONLY. Leases with single ownership should use another function module to load. Using this function module in the incorrect situation may lead to incorrect master data and is NOT the responsibility of SAP to correct.

Notes

Tables OIUREP_LEASE & OIUREP_OWNER are locked at a record level. Multiple loading programs can execute at the same time to speed up initial data load. Entries WILL BE committed to the database for each record, thus a call to BAPI_TRANSACTION_COMMIT is NOT needed.

A check to export parameter RETURN_CODE should indicate whether the load was good for that particular record. RETURN_CODE = 0 indicates success whereas any other value denotes failure. Any messages can be found in the RETURN export structure.

Hints/Guidelines

Prerequisite

Field WELL MUST be a valid well in the system.

Field WELL_COMPLETION MUST be a valid well completion for the specified well in the system.

Field LEASE MUST be a valid lease in table OIUREP_FEDINDIAN in the system.

Field FEDERAL_INDIAN_CD can ONLY be 'F' or 'I'. Entries flagged as 'B' in OIUREP_FEDINDIAN MUST resolve to 'F' or 'I' during this load.

Field OWN_NO in internal table INPUT MUST be a valid E&P vendor in the system.

Field INDIAN_TRIBE_NO in internal table INPUT MUST be a valid tribe number in table OIUREP_INDIAN_TR in the system for Indian leases.
