OIU_VA_NETWORK_MPAP_CREATE - Create Network Measurement Point Allocation Profile

Functionality

This process creates the Network Measurement Point Profile (T05) internal table. The internal table contains a record for each measurement point profile associated with the measurement points in the allocation request group.

The records are based on the Delivery Network Profile records contained
in the Network Product/Volume Type (T02) internal table.
- If the delivery network product/volume type record indicates a
product of oil condensate mix, then retrieve measurement point
allocation profiles for oil, condensate, or oil condensate mix from
OIU_PR_MPAPH and OIU_PR_MPAPD.

- If the delivery network product/volume type record indicates a
product of skim/scrubber/drip oil condensate mix, then retrieve
measurement point allocation profiles for skim/scrubber/drip oil,
skim/scrubber/drip condensate, or skim/scrubber/drip oil condensate
mix from OIU_PR_MPAPH and OIU_PR_MPAPD.

- For all other product codes, retrieve measurement point profiles
from OIU_PR_MPAPH and OIU_PR_MPAPD for the product code/volume type
combination found on the delivery network product/volume type
allocation profile record.

An allocation base record can optionally be entered for a measurement point at either the volume type level or the product code level. This process checks table OIU_PR_MPALB for an allocation base record for the specific volume type being processed. If no allocation is found for the volume type, check table OIU_PR_MPALB for an allocation base record for the product code being processed. If no allocation base is found, format Measurement Point Allocation Profile (T05) record without an allocation base quantity.
