PARTNER_GET_BLOCK_FLAGS - Function for SCM-ERP blocking flag synchronization

Functionality

This function module can be called from a remote system (SCM, for example) to synchronize blocking flags of customers/vendors between systems. This functionality is part of the DPP suite. The remote system provides a list of customers/vendors, and the local system then sends the list back along with the blocking flags. The blocking flags can be specified on a general or company code level.
