Functionality

This function module determines the travel accounting area (Morei),
the personnel country grouping (Molga) and the language key (Spras)
for a given personnel number and a given date.
The PA Travel module needs the travel accounting area to read
entries from tables T702* and T706* that are relevant for travel
expense accounting.
