Functionality

The user exit can be used to replace a previously defined organizational plan object by a more precise object.

Example

'Purchasing' becomes 'Purchasing - clothing/textiles' on the basis of the more precise material group.

Notes

Further information

The message class and message number can be used to determine a specific organizational plan object (PD org plan object) for a workflow task. Determination of this is based on table 'TWPDO'.

If no entry is found in this table, or further verification of the object is required (object category and ID), and replacement of the object possibly required, this user exit can be used to program the necessary logic. An object category and object ID are usually transferred to the user exit.

Note: Depending on where the user exit is installed, not all import
fields may contain data.
