PLANNED_CHANGES_READ_HEADERS - Change document: Read change document scheduling headers

The function module reads the headers for planned changes for an object class. This search can be limited by specifying various parameters (see interface description).

The associated change document positions are also read and stored internally for reading later with PLANNED_CHANGES_READ_POSITIONS in the local memory.

Example:
The program RSSCD500 contains an example.

Note:
The change number is not the same as the change document number. The change document number is automatically assigned by the central function modules for generating change documents (Funktionsgruppe SCD0), for each change to a change document object. The caller can assign the change number at creation. The same change number can be assigned for several change document objects.
