POC_GET_FEDERATED_PROC_DEFN - Get Federated Process Definition

Functionality
The funtion first reads registry tables with the given local process definition,
and with its assigned RPC ID, gets all relevant process definitions. & system infos that are part
of the process chain. The retrival of the process definitions is based on Authorization assigned to the user. The RFC destination information is picked up from the Federation customizing entry. The local and remote process definition data is then retrived via a remote enabled function module and added to the list with logical system info.
This function also gets Text values and resultset is fit for UI consumption.
