POPUP_NO_LIST - Dialog box "No list generated"

Generates a dialog box with the message that no list was formatted. The function checks this itself by checking the number of pages generated (SY-PAGNO). If SY-PAGNO = 0, the dialog box is displayed, otherwise, it is not. When the user has confirmed the dialog box, the system continues processing (exactly as though there had been a list that the user had exited using F3).

If you use the NEW-PAGE statement, SY-PAGNO is never equal to zero; this is why the dialog box never appears after NEW-PAGE, even if the page itself is blank.
