PROMOTION_ADD - Create a promotion

Function module PROMOTION_ADD is used to create data records for a

promotion:

1. Promotion header

2. Promotion header text

3. Promotion items

4. Store group assignment

5. Module assignment

6. Theme assignment

7. Product catalog assignment

8. Module-store groups assingment

If data is already saved for a promotion, processing is canceled with

EXCEPTION_EXIST.

As the function module is used synchronously and asynchronously,

sections of processing are brought together in a form "PROMATION_ADD".
