Functionality

This function module determines the store items in the relevant promotion for a document item that references a promotion. For this, all store items in the promotion are determined for the promotion number and material number in the document item, and returned to a table.

If a material is included in the promotion in a number of different sales units, the promotion item with the required sales unit can be selected in a dialog box.

The function module returns a return code with the following values:

00: All OK
01: Material not involved in the promotion
02: An allocation table exists already
03: Sources of supply are not maintained (promotion still being planned)
04: No item found with relevant source of supply. In this case, all
store items are returned
05: Dialog box cancelled by user
