PT_ARQ_ESA_LEAVE_DELETE - Create a cancellation request using ESA Services

Use

This function module creates a request for the deletion of an absence that is already saved on the database in the Absences (2001) and Attendances (2002) infotypes. If you use this function module, you can provide your employees with a function for canceling absences that have already been approved.

Prerequisites

To make the function user-friendly, you should first provide a list of the absences on the user interface. Employees should then be able to select the absences they want to delete.

Features

The function module returns:

• A message notifying the employee whether the request could be created successfully

• Error messages notifying employees of any error situations

• The ID of the new request
